摘要 汽轮机组热耗率是评价机组热经济性高低的主要指标。为降低机组热耗率,提出将喷射泵应用于汽轮机组回热系统疏水方式中,建立了其热经济性指标的计算模型,并以哈尔滨汽轮机厂生产的600 MW超临界机组为例,计算该机组回热系统采用不同疏水方式的热经济性指标。计算结果表明,采用喷射泵疏水方式后,低压加热器的热耗率降低了42.29 k J/(k W·h),高压加热器的热耗率降低了54.81 k J/(k W·h),若年发电量为30亿k W·h,则全年可节约煤量为6 210t,并且为高压加热器疏水采用喷射泵疏水方式奠定了基础。 Heat consumption rate of steam turbine unit is an index evaluating the heat economy of the power unit. A drain method using water jet pump was put forw ard for reducing heat consumption rate,and a calculation model of hot economic indicators about using a new drain method was built. Taking one 600 M W turbine unit as an example,which was manufactured by Harbin steam turbine factory,the hot economic indicator was calculated under the different ways of hydrophobic. The results show that heat consumption rate of steam turbine unit with the drain method of water jet pump is lower than the drain method of flow automatically through each stage,and high pressure heater drain way with water jet pump is worth promoting.
