摘要
针对大型循环流化床锅炉冷态启动过程中,采用传统的高于临界流化风量启动技术产生能耗高、安全隐患多等问题,对影响锅炉启动的一次流化风量调整进行了分析研究。结合调兵山煤矸石发电有限责任公司长周期的启动实践,阐述了低风量温差扰动床料启动的详细过程、技术优势,并分析了经济效应。结果表明,低风量冷态启动技术对使用劣质煤的循环流化床锅炉大型化发展具有一定的指导意义。
The traditional cold start technology used in the large circulating fluidized bed boiler,which adopted the fluidization airflowexceeding the critical value,led to high energy consumption,potential safety hazard and other problems. This paper illustrated the advantages of the low air temperature disturbance of bed material start technology based on the analysis of the primary fluidization airflow adjustment and several times practice in Diaobingshan Gauge Power Generation Limited Liability Company. The technique has certain guiding significance for the large-scale development of circulating fluidized bed boilers applied to inferior coal comprehensive utilization.
