千瓦级燃料电池备用电源系统设计与集成

Design and Integration of Kilowatt Fuel Cell Backup Power System

摘要 针对通信基站备电需求,设计开发出5 k W燃料电池备用电源系统以及高性能电池堆、DC/DC功率变换器、智能控制器等核心模块。经过3 200 h寿命测试,燃料电池性能衰减率为0.06 V/kh,预计可在通信基站应用环境使用20年。 Based on power requirements of telecom communication applications,a 5k W fuel cell backup power system was designed and integrated with high performance stack,DC / DC power converter and intelligent controller. After 3,200 hours of endurance test,the performance degradation of the fuel cell system was about 0.06 V per-thousand hours and it was expected to have 20 years lifetime for backup power applications.
