摘要 机组故障快速减负荷是在锅炉重要辅机设备出现故障时,热工控制系统自动、快速、平稳的降负荷,以减少机组非停。绥电一期2×800 MW机组受当年的软、硬件技术的限制,RB功能一直未能实现。在国华公司倡导加快发展煤炭清洁高效利用、打造高品质绿色发电、全面实施现役燃煤机组节能环保综合升级改造的统一指导下,绥电对机组主、辅设备和热工DCS系统进行了升级改造。实现机组RB功能,是本次改造重点项目之一。对机组RB设计与试验进行了详细阐述。 Run Back( RB) is a fault appears in boiler important auxiliary equipment,Distributed Control System,automatic,rapid,steady load reduction,reduction of non stop. Suizhong Power the first phase of the project 2 x 800 M W units subject to when soft,hardw are technology of RB function has not been realized. In Guohua company advocates to speed up the development of efficient use of clean coal,to create high-quality green power,the full implementation of the active coal-fired units of energy saving and environmental protection comprehensive transformation and upgrading under the unified guidance,Suizhong Power upgrade of auxiliary equipment and thermal unit DCS,one of main unit,realize the function of RB is also the second transformation projects. This paper elaborates on the design and test of RB unit.
