摘要
LTE FDD终端射频测试是型号核准认证测试的重要部分之一。为了提高射频测试的效率,在结合了先进自动测试系统理论、C#语言和GPIB远程控制技术的基础上,选择合适的测试仪表和射频切换控制单元,完成了自动测试系统中硬件系统的设计与实现;软件部分采用包括用户操作界面、数据存储与查询、测试执行程序等部分在内的模块化结构。经过反复测试,将结果进行比对验证,确定了结果的稳定性与准确性,大幅度提高LTE FDD终端设备射频测试的速度、效率与精确度。
FDD LTE terminal RF test is an important part of the type approval certification testing. In order to improve the efficiency of RF testing,the development of FDD LTE RF terminal test system solutions has a particularly important practical value. The design and implementation of the hardw are system of the automatic test system were completed by selecting the appropriate test instrument and the radio frequency sw itching control unit by combining the advanced automatic test system theory,C# language with GPIB remote control technology based on the international standard 3GPPTS36. 521-1 and domestic standard 2578. 2-2013 YD / T. The softw are utilized the modular structure,including the user interface module,data storage and query module,test execution module,calibration module and instrument driver module. Through repeated testing,the results show that the test results of the automatic test system are stable and accurate and the speed,efficiency and accuracy of the FDD LTE terminal equipment RF test are improved greatly.
