磁共振、钼靶及高频彩超在乳腺导管原位癌中的诊断价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨磁共振、钼靶及高频彩超在乳腺导管原位癌(DCIS)中的诊断价值。方法选择2014年1月-2015年8月临沂市肿瘤医院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者249例,所有患者均行磁共振、钼靶及高频彩超检查,确诊38例DCIS患者,并对其术前影像学资料进行总结分析。结果磁共振、钼靶及高频彩超对DCIS诊断准确率分别为95.2%、88.8%、84.3%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),MG联合MRI增强为96.4%(240/249),三者联合检测准确率为97.2%(242/249)。结论磁共振、钼靶及高频彩超均可诊断DCIS,三种影像学检查结合,可有效提高其诊断率。 Objective To explore the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging, mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography in predicting ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS). Methods 249 patients with breast tumor were collected in Tumour Hospital of Linyi City from January 2014 to August 2015, and were examined by MRI, MG and CDUS methods. 38 patients with DCIS were confirmed diagnosed. And all the diagnostic material of three imaging methods were compared. Results The accuracy rate of MRI, MG and CDUS imaging were 95.2%, 88.8% and 84.3%respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). The accuracy rate was 96.4%(240/249) when both MG and MRI were combined, and the accuracy rate was 97.2%(242/249) when all the three methods were combined simultaneously. Conclusion DCIS can be predicted by MRI, MG and CDUS respectively, and the combination of three imaging techniques can improve the diagnostic rate.
