基于药学服务理念构建药学实习模式与质量监控体系

Pharmacy practice mode and quality management system construction based on pharmaceutical care

随着我国医疗改革的不断深化,医院药师的工作内容已转变为以患者为中心的药学服务,传统的药房发药、药品摆放等药学专业毕业实习内容已不能适应当今医院药学工作。我国高等药学教育有待改进药学服务型人才的培养模式。本文提出构建以课程改革、实习模式和毕业课题为一体的药学服务型药学毕业实习模式,从健全管理制度、规范考核方式等方面提出与之相适应的毕业实习质量监控体系,为"药学服务型"人才的培养提供参考。

With the development of health care reform, pharmacists will be engaged in the pharmacy services to the patients. The traditional graduate trainees in hospital, who dispense drugs, have been unable to adapt to the work of pharmacy department. Higher pharmaceutical education in China should reform the talents cultivation pattern. This article put construction of integration of pharmaceutical service mode in graduation practice, which is consisted of curriculum reform, practice mode and the graduation project. Graduation practice quality monitoring system is involved in the management system, assessment methods, which provides the reference for cultivation of talents on ＂pharmacy service＂.
