基于认知信息加工理论的大学生职业生涯规划研究

Research of College Students' Career Planning Based on Cognitive Information Processing Theory

论述了在大学生中开展职业生涯规划的必要性,介绍了认知信息加工理论(简称CIP),调查分析了沈阳在校大学生对职业生涯规划的认识现状。调查分析表明:大学生们的自我认知程度处于较低的水平,加强大学生职业规划知识的普及工作非常有必要;做好职业测评,是帮助大学生在服从组织需要的前提下,明确职业目标,制定科学的职业生涯规划,有效地提高职业竞争能力,实现个人价值的有效方法。

The study discusses the necessity of carrying out the career planning of college students,introduces the Cognitive Information Processing Theory and investigates and analysizes the present understanding situation of career planning in Shenyang. Analysis of the survey shows that the self-cognition of college students is in a lowlevel. It is very necessary to strengthen the popularization of college students＇ career planning knowledge.Career assessment is an effective way to realize personal value to help clear career goals,formulate scientific career planning,and effectively improve the professional competition ability.
