摘要
从我国经济社会发展需求与高等教育发展阶段两个角度,分析了地方高校转型发展的必要性;重申了高校转型发展的内涵;给出了"实施综合改革,驱动转型发展""紧密依托行业,坚持特色发展""学校统筹规划,院系自主发展"等高等学校转型发展的工作原则;提出了建立高校内部治理结构、优化专业结构布局、深化课程体系改革、构建实践教学体系、深化教学模式改革、建设"双师双能型"教师队伍、构建应用型人才培养质量保证体系,以及推进校企、校地合作等8项高校转型发展的主要任务,并阐述了解决办法。
From two perspectives of China＇s economic and social development needs and the higher education development stage,the study analysizes the necessity of the transformation development of local colleges,eiterates the connotation of the transformation development,proposes the development principles——＂implemeting comprehensive development,and promoting transformation development＂＂tightly relying on industries and insisting on the characteristic development＂＂ university ＇ s overall planning and self-development of department＂.
