Promoting the transformation development of local undergraduate universities and training high-level applied technology talents are the inevitable requirements of national economic development and industrial upgrading,and the era requirement of social progress. To undertake the transformation smoothly,we should adhere to cultivating the students＇ application ability and innovation and entrepreneurial ability as the core,actively promote the reform of personnel training mode,strengthen the construction of teachers team and innovation team,establish an effective evaluation system,and promote the characteristic development of local undergraduate universities.
