摘要
为了初步探索常见抗菌农药对核桃黑斑病伴生病原菌的抑菌作用,以核桃黑斑病伴生病原菌成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)为供试菌株,以农用链霉素为抗菌素,分别用抑菌圈法和平板菌落计数法测定了对该病原菌的抑菌作用.结果表明,农用链霉素对核桃黑斑病伴生病原菌成团泛菌具有较好的抑菌作用,且随着药物浓度的增加,其抑菌效果愈加明显,在较高浓度条件下(50 mg/m L)处理96 h,其抑菌率可达49.5%.由此表明,农用链霉素对该病原菌具有较好的抗性,可作为防治核桃相关病害的首选农药.
To explore the antibacterial effects of agricultural streptomycin against the associated pathogens causing blight on walnut. The antibacterial activity of agricultural streptomycin against Pantoea agglomerans were tested by the methods of bacteriostatic circle and plate culture count. The results showed that the growth of Pantoea agglomerans was obviously inhibited by agricultural streptomycin,and in the time and dose dependent manners. Under the concentration of 50 mg / ml,the inhibitory rate reached to 49. 5%. Thus,agricultural streptomycin could be candidates for the prevention and treatment of the associated pathogens causing blight on walnut.
