摘要 构建了涵盖水资源、社会经济、生态环境的适于湖南省城市水资源承载力研究的评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价模型分析了2013年湖南省城市水资源承载力状况,结果表明:湖南省城市水资源承载力综合评分是0.554 0,对V2的隶属度为0.711 9,说明湖南省的城市水资源仍具有一定的开发利用潜力但已具有相当规模;各城市对V2级的隶属度均在0.5以上,表明湖南省城市水资源开发利用已具有相当规模,但城市水资源仍具有一定的开发利用潜力,其中长沙和张家界的水资源开发利用潜力最大. Based on the three systems of water resources,social economic and ecological environment,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban water resources carrying capacity in Hunan Province. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate urban water resources carrying capacity of Hunan Province in 2013. The results show that the comprehensive score of urban water resources carrying capacity is 0. 5540,the membership degree of V2 is 0. 7119,which indicates that the development and utilization of urban water resources still has some potentials in Hunan Province,but it has already achieved a considerable scale. In addition,the membership degree of V2 is more than 0. 5 for each city,which shows that the development and utilization of urban water resources has a considerable scale,but it still has some potentials and the potential of water resources in Zhangjiajie and Changsha are larger.
