摘要
目的:构建一套科学、全面的三级甲等综合性医院护士长绩效考核指标体系。方法:以主基二元法理论为指导,通过文献资料法、访谈法和德尔菲专家咨询法确定指标体系内涵,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果:构建了包括主要绩效和基础绩效2个主维度,其中主要绩效又分为显性绩效、临时任务、工作短板3个子维度,组成的共13个一级指标,38个二级指标的护士长绩效考核指标体系。结论:所构建的指标体系在突出护士长主要工作的同时兼顾基础性工作,同时把临时任务和工作短板纳入绩效考核,可以提高工作效率,提升护理质量,考核内容全面。
Objective: To build a scientific and comprehensive system for head nurse performance evaluation index in third rate synthetic hospital. Methods:It used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,guided by the main base binary theory,through the literature material method,interview method,and Delphi expert consultation method to determine the index system of connotation. Results: It included the two main dimensions,namely the main performance and the basic performance. The main performance was divided into three sub dimensions,namely dominant performance,temporary tasks and work shortage,constituting performance evaluation index system of head nurseconsisting of a total of 13 primary indexes and 38 secondary indexes. Conclusion: The index system of the main head nurse was characterized as both basic work and the temporary tasks. At the same time it included temporary work and working shortage into the performance evaluation board,which can improve the work efficiency,improve the quality of nursing and advance the comprehensive examination content.
