三级医院实习护生遭受职场暴力的调查分析

The investigation and analysis of workplace violence for internship nursing students in tertiary hospital

目的：了解实习护生遭受职场暴力的情况,为预防、干预工作场所暴力的发生提供依据。方法：2014年3月-2015年5月采用便利抽样法,对我市三级甲等医院护生遭受工作场所暴力情况进行问卷调查。结果：实习护生遭受工作场所暴力的发生率占护生工作场所暴力总发生率的70.92%,其中独生子女、中专学历的实习护生更容易遭受工作场所暴力,不被患者或家属认可是发生暴力的主要原因。结论：实习护生是医院场所暴力的高危人群,必须采取有效防范措施予以应对,防止护理人员的流失。

Objective： To understand the violent workplace practice for internship nursing students and provide evidence for prevention and intervention in the workplace violence. Methods： We adopted convenience sampling method to conduct the questionnaire survey for the workplace violence in first- class hospital nursing students in our city from March 2014 to May 2015. Results： The incidence of workplace violence for internship nursing students accounts for70. 92% of the total incidence of workplace violence,among which the one- child nursing students in technical secondary school degree was more vulnerable to workplace violence. And the major cause of violenceis not recognized by the patients or their family. Conclusion： Internship nursing students at high risk of violence in hospital. We must take effective preventive measures to respond and prevent the loss of nursing staff.
