护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用

The application of nursing safety intervention mechanism in the safety management of the operating room

目的：探讨护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用效果。方法：将2013年6月~2014年6月实施手术室护理安全干预机制前在我院接受治疗的500例手术患者作为对照组,将2014年7月-2015年7月实施手术室护理安全干预机制后在我院接受治疗的500例手术患者作为试验组,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果：试验组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,试验组患者的输液错误、坠床、纱布遗漏等护理差错事件总发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在患者的手术室安全管理中应用护理安全干预机制护理的效果较好。

Objective： To discuss the application effect of nursing safety intervention mechanism in the safety management of the operating room. Methods：The control group was considered as 500 cases of surgical patients before the safety operating room nursing intervention mechanism in our hospital for treatment from June 2013 to June 2014,while the experimental group was regarded as 500 cases of surgical patients after the safe operating room nursing intervention mechanism from July 2014 to July 2015. The nursing effect of two groups of patients were analyzed in this paper. Results： The nursing satisfaction of patients of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total incidence of transfusion errors,pendant bed,gauze omissions and other nursing error events of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of nursing intervention mechanism in the operating room safety management of patients would have a better efficiency.
