品管圈在腔镜器械清洗质量中的应用

The application of the quality control circles in the cleaning quality of laparoscopic instrument

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高腔镜器械清洗质量中的作用。方法:我科于2013年1月成立品管圈,应用管理工具,对腔镜器械清洗质量进行追溯,提高腔镜器械的清洗质量。结果:实施品管圈活动后,腔镜器械清洗缺陷下降了,提高了腔镜器械的清洗合格率,延长了器械使用期限,并发挥了护理人员的积极性、创造性、主动性。结论:应用品管圈质量改进工具提高了腔镜器械清洗质量,保证了灭菌效果,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the role of quality management circle activity in the cleaning quality of laparoscopic instrument. Methods： Quality control circles were established in January 2013 in our department to apply management tools,trace the cleaning quality of laparoscopic instrument and improve the quality of it. Results： The implementation of quality management circle activitydecreased the defects of cleaning cavity mirrorequipment,raised the qualification rate of laparoscopic instrument,extended the equipment service life,and made the nursing staff more enthusiastic,creative and initiative. Conclusion：It is worth promoting for the supplies of circle quality improves the quality of the laparoscopic instrument cleaning and ensure the sterilization effect.
