负压技术结合湿性敷料换药对慢性伤口患者的影响

The effect of treatment of negative pressure technology combined with wet dressing to patients with chronic wounds

目的：探讨负压技术结合湿性敷料换药对慢性伤口患者的影响。方法：选择2013年10月~2015年5月在我院治疗的慢性伤口患者88例,随机等分成试验组和对照组,对照组患者运用湿性敷料进行常规换药治疗;试验组患者在对照组基础上运用负压技术进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者伤口愈合情况。结果：试验组患者治疗效果远高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组伤口的平均愈合时间与平均换药次数均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后试验组患者伤口的平均面积与平均深度均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：负压技术结合湿性敷料在治疗慢性伤口方面具有很好的效果,该方法可提高慢性伤口的愈合率,减少换药次数,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of treatment of negative pressure technology combined with wet dressing to patients with chronic wounds. Methods：We chose 88 cases of patients with chronic woundsin October 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital treatment department. This team was randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group patients were use wet dressing for conventional dressing therapy,while treatment group patients were used negative pressure technology for treatment combined with that of control group. To observe and compare the two groups of patients with wound healing. Results：The treatment effect of experimental group patients was far higher than that of control group,whose difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The average wound healing time and switching frequency of experimental group patients was less than that of the control group,whose difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the average woundarea and depth of experimental group were lower than that of control group,which was statistically significantly different（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of negative pressure technology combined with wet dressing to patients with chronic wounds had great effect and was worthy clinical application,which can increase the rate of chronic wound healing and reduce the switching frequency.
