摘要
本文建立了在调制器中TM模与TE模对应折射率分布函数的数学模型。研究了光生载流子浓度与泵浦光强的函数关系,并通过仿真量化分析其数据变化规律。研究探讨了在不同光强下,TE模与TM模对应的相位分布特性,从而提出了一种新式的全光缓存器的设计思路,并通过仿真分析进行了验证。结果显示,系统具有稳定的数据输出能力,方法可行。
This paper built mathematical model of TM mode and TE mode corresponding refractive index distribution function,studied the function relation between photoinduced carrier concentration and pump light intensity,and analyzed the data change by simulation quantization.It researched the phase distribution characteristics of TM mode and TE mode in different light intensities,put forward a new design of all-optical buffer and tested it by simulation analysis.The results showed that the system had stable data output capacity,and the method was feasible.
