摘要
文章针对第四届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛命题"无碳小车"的要求,经过认真分析,进行了小车转向机构的创新性设计,即利用凸轮机构来实现小车周期性运动。运用角度和弧微分的数学知识系统地分析了盘形凸轮作为转向机构的可行性,进而提出利用圆柱凸轮来代替盘形凸轮,解决了盘形凸轮带来的路程不均等问题,提高了凸轮作为转向机构的适应性和合理性。
Aimed at the fourth session of the national college students' engineering training comprehensive ability competition proposition of "carbon-free car" requirements,after careful analysis,car steering mechanism innovative design was carried out,the use of cam mechanism to achieve the periodic movement of the car.And technics of mathematics knowledge system and arc differential from the angle of the disc cam is analyzed as the feasibility of the steering mechanism,we put forward using cylindrical cam instead of disc cam,solved the disc cam with unequal distance,improve the adaptability and rationality of cam as a steering mechanism.
