Preliminary Analysis on the Integration of Regional Medical Care and Health Services

区域医养护一体化健康服务已成为健康产业发展的趋势,以居民为中心,以政府和社会资本合作的方式进行建设和运营,依托智慧医疗云平台,为居民提供医疗、健康、养老、康复、护理等全方位服务体验,打造面向患者—医生—医院—保险—药品等多部门的、集线上线下一体化的健康服务新业务及生态圈。本文对一体化健康服务的总体模型、建设目标和内容,建设和运营,创新服务模式等方面做了一些基础研究和分析,希望能对健康产业生态环境的建立和健康服务业发展起到一定的参考作用。

Integration of regional medical care and health services has become a trend in the development of health industry. Government should construct and operate in the way of PPP, Public-Private Partnerships, for the residents as the center. Medical care, health care, pension,rehabilitation, nursing and other full-service experience will be provide residents through the wisdom medical cloud platform. It is important to create a new business and ecological circle of health services for patients, doctors, hospitals, insurance, medicine and other departments. This paper provides some basic research and analysis on the overall model, goal and content, construction and operation, innovation service model of the integrated health service, and hope to play a certain reference role on new business and ecological circle of health services.
