文章通过回顾、梳理国家图书馆参考咨询专家戚志芬先生先后在中日战事史料征辑会工作的经历及其在参考咨询工作岗位的工作内容与工作贡献,再现了以戚志芬先生为代表的老一辈图书馆人的学术历程,揭示了老一辈图书馆人对当下图书馆事业及图书馆工作者的启示。

Qi Zhenfen is an national reference consulting expert who has collected and combed the historymaterials of the Sino Japanese War, and then has contributed to consulting work. This paper has reviewed thework course of Mr. Qi Zhifen as the representative of the older generation of Librarians of academic history, re-veals the enlightenment of the older generation of library of contemporary libraries and library staff.
