The construction of the rule of law environment in the inland open economic zone in Ningxia is of great significance to the development of the experimental area. In the background of＂The Belt and Road＂strategy,the construction of the rule of law environment in our region still faces many challenges,therefore,it is needed to strengthen local legislation,promote the administration according to law,perfect the dispute settlement mechanism so as to create an open,fair and predictable legal environment,provide a strong legal guarantee for the construction of Ningxia inland open economy test area.
