摘要
从认知语言学的角度来看,中英文化中存在各种文化语义不一致的现象。语言使用者对所学语言文化背景的了解程度不同会对他们在语言学习过程中的话语理解产生影响。因此,语言学习者在学习语言的过程中应注重文化知识的学习和积累。
From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, this paper discussed the various types of disparity of cultural semantics between Chinese and English. It pointed out that the influence of these disparities on language learners different with their different degree of cultural background. Accordingly, the language learners are suggested to focus on learning and accumulation of cultural knowledge while learning other languages.
