摘要 高职学生学习兴趣低、动机不强、情绪低落、效能低下等倦怠现象成为高职学校必须要面对的话题;高职学生学习倦怠感总体现状是普遍缺乏学习成就感,学习情绪低落,学习行为被动;学习倦怠特点,从性别、生源层面看,表现出均衡特点,从年级、专业分析,表现出差异显著的特点;学生学习倦怠感形成原因主要是社会对职业教育认识偏差,职业教育自身尚未完善,家庭期望值较低,学校教育管理理念滞后,教师综合素质不高等. Nowadays the vocational school students show a very low level of interest in school and their motivation for study is not high with feeling down a part of their life,which has been a hot topic the high vocational education should face.The current situation is lack of a sense of achievement,low level of emotion and passive learning motivation.From the level of sex and sense of students market,it is balanced,while from the level of their grade and major,it shows differences.The reason for it is that the public have understanding deviation of vocational education,the vocational education itself is not perfect enough,the family expectation is low,the school education management idea lay behind and the teachers'comprehensive quality is not high.
