As an industrial city based on natural resource,the current industrial restructuring in Longyan is affected by the macro policy of the government,enterprise structure,capital market and other factors. The industry development of Longyan City has problems like unreasonable industrial structure,market and government regulation failure and lack of financial impetus to the development of environment,etc. In order to promote the upgrading of industry in Longyan City,the government should optimize the structure of investment and financing,relying on financial platform to balance the supply and the demand of the market. At the same time,the government should make use of the function by the combination of the market and the government,and establish a classification of risk prevention and control mechanism.
