随着计算机和信息技术的深入发展,互联网迅猛而热烈地渗透到了人们生活中的方方面面,深刻地改变了人们的生产方式、生活方式和思维方式,也极大地影响着我国公民政治参与的热情和能力。正确地分析和把握网络时代我国公民政治参与中存在的问题,并适时地提出相应的解决对策,对提高现阶段我国公民政治参与的热情和能力,扩大公民有序政治参与有着重要的现实意义。

With the development of computer and information technology,the Internet rapidly and enthusiastically penetrated into people＇s life,profoundly changed people＇s mode of production,life style and mode of thinking,also greatly affected the enthusiasm and ability of political participation of citizens in our country. This paper correctly analyzes and grasps the era of network political participation of our citizens,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in a timely manner,to enhance the political participation of the citizens in our country at the present stage. Enthusiasm and ability to expand citizens＇ orderly political participation has important practical significance.
