摘要
集体谈判制度是解决劳资矛盾的一种有效方式,在我国尚处于起步阶段。一方面,劳方未形成集体化力量维权,另一方面,资方的过于强势和政府的强力控制又制约了集体谈判制度在我国的发展。应从以下几个方面进行完善:建立多层次的集体谈判制度、健全相关法律、摆正政府角色、培养专业人才。
Collective bargaining system is an effective way to resolve labor conflicts. The system in our country is only at a preliminary stage. It is faced with the plight from employees,employers and the Government. Collectivized labor force is not formed to safeguard their rights,Strong employers and strong control of the government restricted the development of the collective bargaining system in China. We were perfect from the following aspects: to establish of a multi- level system of collective bargaining,and improve relevant laws,and straighten the role of government,and training professionals.
