“三严三实”理念下师范院校大学生思想政治教育提升路径

The Ascension Path of Normal College Students Ideological and Political Education under the “Three Stricts and Three Honests”Concept

师范院校是培养人民教师的摇篮,肩负着培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重任,大学生思想政治教育的效果将决定着未来教师队伍的思想道德素质水平。当前师范院校思想政治教育存在认识不到位、新媒体的挑战、思想状况复杂化等问题。习近平总书记的"三严三实"理念具有坚实的马克思主义理论基础和深厚的传统文化底蕴,与师范院校思想政治教育培育有着良好的契合性。师范院校要在"三严三实"理念指导下,统一思想,提高认识,强化理想信念教育,创新教育形式,加强和改进师范院校大学生思想政治教育。

Normal university is the cradle of cultivating people＇s teachers,shouldering the heavy responsibility of training socialist builders and successors,the effects of college students＇ ideological and political education will determine the levels of ideological and moral qualities of the teachers in the future. At present,there are some problems in the ideological and political education in normal colleges and universities,such as the insufficient understanding,the new media challenges,and the complex ideological situation and so on. Xi Jinping＇s ＂three stricts and three honests＂（ be strict in morals,power and disciplining oneself; be honest in decisions,business and behavior） concept,which has a solid foundation of Marxism and profound traditional culture heritage,has a good correspondence in cultivating the students ideological and political education in normal colleges and universities. Under the guidance of＂three stricts and three honests＂concept,the ideological and political education in normal colleges and universities should unify the thought,raise the awareness,consolidate the ideal and belief educations,innovate the educational pattern,strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of Normal University Students.
