女大学生思想政治教育存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education of Female College Students

加强性别意识对大学生思想政治教育具有重要意义。当前,女大学生思想政治教育内容过于中性,缺乏对女大学生的特殊关怀;思想政治教育队伍过于行政化,没有考虑女大学生的特殊性;观念上没有意识到女大学生思想政治教育应当专门化;对女大学生思想政治教育的理论研究不够深入。可通过改变高校女大学生思想政治教育观念、扩展女大学生思想政治教育内容和加强理论研究等路径促进女大学生全面发展。

With the differences of gender consciousness,it is necessary for female college students to take a specialized ideological and political education. At present,the content of ideological and political education of female college students is so neutral that it is lack of special care for them. The ideological and political education force shows serious administrative tendency,without considering the particularity of female college students. They are not aware that female college students＇ ideological and political education should be specialized. And the theoretical study on ideological and political education of female college students is not deep enough. Therefore,in order to promote the all- round development of female college students,colleges and universities should try to change the ideological and political education concept of female college students,extend the content of ideological and political education for female college students and strengthen the theory studies etc.
