膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的研究进展

Research progress of knee cruciate ligament cysts

膝关节交叉韧带囊肿(KCLC)常引起膝关节疼痛、活动受限及交锁等临床症状。本病发病率低,目前病因尚未明确,病理特点是否符合腱鞘囊肿仍有争议,其治疗方法的选择仍未统一。本文通过总结近年来的相关文献,对交叉韧带囊肿的发病率、病因学、病理学、临床症状及治疗方法等方面进行综述。期望可以提高外科医生对交叉韧带囊肿的认识及关注,减少临床中漏诊、误诊的现象。

Knee cruciate ligament cysts（ KCLC） aften cause pain,swelling,joint tenderness,and mechanical locking. The incidence of cyst of cruciate ligament is low. The pathogenesis of this disease is still undiscovered,and the pathology is controversial. The options of treatments are various. In this review,the morbidity,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,and treatment of this disease were summarized.
