农村教师教学效能现状及其特点的实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过问卷调查的方式,以来自甘肃、青海、宁夏三个省(区)的1119名教师为样本展开实证研究,探讨了农村地区中小学教师教学效能的现状及其特点。研究发现:(1)整体而言,教师的课堂管理效能较强,教学策略效能尚可,但学生参与效能明显不足;(2)从教龄来看,教龄与教学效能以及教学效能中的课堂管理、学生参与、教学策略3个维度都呈显著正相关,教师的教学效能会随着教龄的不断增长而相应地增长;(3)从性别来看,教师的教学效能存在显著的性别差异,男教师的教学效能显著高于女教师;(4)从学段来看,小学教师和初中教师的教学效能基本持平,而高中教师的教学效能低于小学和初中教师;(5)从文化区域来看,汉文化区教师的教学效能显著地高于藏文化区和回文化区的教师。
