摘要
体表采集的心电信号通常含有大量噪声,不利于后续心电信号特征点的检测,给心电的自动化诊断带来了障碍。为此,我们开发出了一种心电信号的预处理系统。该系统包括了对心电信号工频干扰抑制,低通滤波,基线漂移消除和宽带噪声滤除四部分。基于LabVIEW开发平台的高效性和易用性,选择了此平台来开发系统,并利用了其基础工具包和LabVIEW ASPT高级工具包中的函数控件。经验证,该系统各模块均能很好地滤除噪声,同时还能很好地保留心电信号自身的特征。
ECG(Electrocardiogram) signals acquired from body surface usually contain a lot of noises, it goes against the feature detection of the ECG signals and makes ECG automatic diagnosis more difficult. We developed an ECG pre- processing system, including four parts as follows: 50Hz power interference suppression, low-pass filtering, baseline drift elimination and wide-band noise denoising. Considering the high efficiency and better usability of LabVIEW, we chose this platform, using the powerful functions in the basic kit and LabVIEW ASPT. It was proved that all the modules in the system can not only filter out the noises well, but also keep most original features of ECG signals.
