基于温度变化的DIC数字图像相关测试系统稳定性研究

摘要 数字图像相关测试系统主要由CCD相机、镜头、光源、计算机及软件系统组成。CCD相机的工作温度会由于自热及环境温度等因素发生变化,工作状态受到影响,进而影响采集的序列图像的质量。开展基于温度变化的数字图像相关测试系统稳定性研究,有助于进一步准确评定测试系统的计量性能。保持被测对象、测试人员、测试方法、测试环境光强等条件不变,通过实验分析研究CCD相机温度变化对DIC测量结果的影响。在零载荷及其它条件不变的情况下,CCD相机温度上升至90.7°F的过程中,DIC系统测得被测试件在X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向上的最大刚体位移分别为0.009mm、0.014mm和0.012mm。结果表明,CCO相机温度变化对DIC测试系统的影响较小,系统在不同的温度环境下具有很好的稳定性。 Digital image correlation measurement system is mainly composed of CCD cameras, lens, light source, computer and software system. The temperature of CCD will change due to heat, environmental and other factors, which will affect the quality of acquisition of images. It will help to accurately assess further performance of evaluation of DIC system metering to carry on the Stability research of digital image correlation system based on temperature variation. When the object, testers, test method, test environment light intensity and other conditions are kept unchanged, CCD cameras under the influence of temperature has been analyzed to affect measurement results through experimental test. In the case of zero load and other conditions unchanged, CCD cameras' temperature rises to 90.7°F , the largest displacements of rigid body in the X, Y, Z axis direction measured by DIC system are 0.009 mm, 0.014 mm and 0.012 mm respectively. The test results indicated that the temperature changes on the CCD cameras is very small, the DIC system has the very good stability in different temperature environment.
