双时间标准的多功能电能表测试模块研制

摘要 多功能电能表的检定需要时间标准,本文介绍采用GPS标准秒脉冲、高稳晶振作为计时标准,实现对多功能电能表的日计时误差、需量周期、时段投切、最大需量、脉冲常数误差检定的设计思路和方法。GPS卫星安装有铯原子钟,具有很高的频率准确度(可达1×10^-12)和时间准确度。经测试模块的GPS时间标准秒信号误差小于1μs,满足JJG691—1990《分时记度(多费率)电能表检定规程》的要求。 The calibration of multi-function watt-hour meter needs time standard, this paper introduces design idea and method of the implementation of the multi-function watt-hour meter parameters including timing error, demand cycle, cutting time and maximum demand, pulse constant error verification of design ideas and methods by using GPS standard second pulse, high stability crystal up to standard. The GPS satellite equipped cesium atomic clocks has the very high accuracy of frequency (up to 1 × 10^-12) accuracy and time. Through the test, the GPS standard time second signal error of the module is less than 1μs, it satisfies requirements of JJG691-1990 《Verification Regulation of Multi-Rate Altemating Current Watthour Meters》.
