摘要 Turbomatrix 40带捕集阱的顶空自动进样器技术是在传统顶空自动进样器的原理基础上并结合热脱附仪的脱附原理研制并生产的,它的检出限比普通顶空检出限低100倍。与气相色谱仪或气质联用仪一起使用,可广泛应用于环境监测,食品包装材料,药物分析,法医及材料分析等领域。由于该仪器是在传统的静态顶空的基础上增添了较为复杂的气体流量控制系统及捕集阱部件,使得仪器的维修及保养变得复杂一些。如果操作处理或维护不当,会损坏捕集阱管或其他部件造成一定的损失,严重的会缩短仪器的使用寿命。本文根据笔者对带捕集阱顶空自动进样器长期维修过程中所积累的经验,描述了该仪器的基本原理及仪器故障维修及保养。希望本文能对有同类型仪器的使用者或维修人员有些帮助。 The tarp headspace autosampler technology is developed based on the conventional principle ofheadspace and the combined principle of the thermal desorption technology. Compared with the traditional headspace, its detection limit is lower than 100 times. The gas chromatograph and gas chromatography-mass spectyometry are used together, it can be widely used in environmental monitoring, food packaging materials, pharmaceutical analysis, field of forensic and material analysis etc. Because the trap autosampler is formed in the conventional headspace strcture added some parts, it makes the repair and maintenance of the headspace with trap instrument are more complicated. If we do not pay attention to maintence of equipment, the malfunction of headspace happens regularly and the life of the instrument will be affected seriously. In the paper, according to the long-term accumulated experience of the author in the process of instruments, the author describes the basic principle of the headspace, trouble shooting and maintenance, and hopes that this paper will offer help for users and repairing personnels
