摘要
为提高师范生的教学能力,通过对师范生顶岗实习对教学素质培养作用的分析,在驻点指导师范生顶岗实习过程中,发现师范生顶岗实习教学中存在的普遍问题,并针对问题产生的原因进行分析,提出师范教学能力提升的"向老师学习、向学生学习、实习生相互学习"的"三个学习"途径,实现顶岗师范生教学能力的自我提升,并在指导中加以应用,具有较好的效果。
In order to improve the teaching ability of normal students,analysis of the training effect on the teaching quality of normal students internships,found the common teaching problems with the normal students in the internship process of guiding them,and analysis of the causes with the problem,then proposed improve teachers teaching ability with" learning to teacher,learning to students,learning to each other" "three learning ways"and has a good effect with applied in the guidance to improve the teaching ability of normal students with self- promotion.
