广西公安院校卓越警务人才培养模式的探析

Exploration on Cultivating Mode of Outstanding Police Talents in Guangxi Police College

随着公安教育教学改革的不断深化,创新人才培养模式成为提高公安专业人才培养质量的主要任务。通过阐述卓越警务人才产生的背景,论证广西警察学院培养卓越警务人才的必要性,在参考和借鉴国内外警务人才培养经验的基础上,提出构建卓越警务人才培养模式的途径。

With the continuous deepening of the reform of police education,innovation of cultivating mode of talents has become the main task of improving the quality of police professionals.This paper describes the background of outstanding police talents,and puts forward ways of constructing cultivating mode in reference to domestic and foreign police cultivating experience based.
