The Training Features Analysis in the Accounting Professional Master of“Serving the National Special Needs Talent Training Project”——The Case of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics

"服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目"要求广西会计硕士专业学位研究生教育注重特色培养。以广西财经学院为例,结合会计硕士专业学位研究生教育培养实际,指出培养过程中应突出面向东盟的国际化特色、服务广西的区域化特色和立足实践的联合培养特色,从紧跟人才需求、服务国家和广西区域发展战略、优化培养模式、全面深化面向实践的联合培养、积极参与认证和持续进行改革等方面提出提升会计硕士专业学位研究生教育培养特色建议。

＂Serving the national special needs talent training project＂requires the master of accounting professional degree in Guangxi to pay attention to the characteristics of graduate education.Taking Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example,combined with the practical training of accounting professional master degree postgraduate education,the paper point out that the training process should highlight characteristics for ASEAN International characteristics,servicing Guangxi regional characteristics and based on the practice of accounting.The paper suggests that the master of accounting professional education must keep talent needs,service the Guangxi Regional Development strategy,optimize training mode,deepen practice oriented joint training,participate actively in the certification and puts forward ongoing reform.
