社会资本维度下的中国城市社区建设研究

On Constructing Chinese City Community by Using Social Capital

社会资本是20世纪90年代兴起的一个热门概念,社会资本理论作为一个重要的分析范式已应用于社区建设研究。以社会资本理论的视角为导向,对我国因社会变迁和社会转型而引发的城市社区建设存在的问题做出了分析,并探究了如何重建社会资本来解决我国社区建设中存在的问题。

Social capital,a commonly used term in the 1990 s,has been used as an important term in the study of community construction.From the view of social capital theory,the author of this article analyses some problems in city community construction caused by social change and social transformation and explores how to rebuild social capital in order to solve those problems.Rebuilding social capital plays an important role in proceed of city community construction and management.
