摘要
伍尔夫是公认的女性主义作家,她的《到灯塔去》从父亲、母亲的角度,对家庭中父亲角色的男性权威与母亲角色的家庭天使的社会关系进行思考的同时,进一步提升到对单纯的男性性别与女性性别的抽象思考,甚至从女画家莉丽与拉姆齐夫人之间的女性关系,折射出伍尔夫本人的同性性爱的经历及认同。从读者反应都以拉姆齐夫人为中心,颠覆了伍尔夫实际以父亲为中心的写作,弥散性的女性感知方式与男性的逻辑感知的对立,而在走向审美化的后期现代与后现代时期,女性原则愈来愈取代男性原则。
Being an acknowledged feminist writer,Virginia Woolf has not only concerned herself in To the Lighthouse with the reflection of the social relation between the male authority of the father and the role of the mother as the family angel,but furthered to the abstract contemplation of the purely gender issue. The relationship between the female painter Lily and Mrs. Ramsay even manifests the experiences and the identification of the homosexual sex of Woolf herself. The centering on Mrs.Ramsay in the readers' response has disrupted Woolf's father-centered writing and contradicted the dispersed female perception with the logic of the male's,thus leading to the female principle's replacement of the male's in the aestheticized late-modern and post-modern age.
