近年来POCT的应用快速增长,主要分为手持式与台式POCT分析设备,可进行定性与定量分析。新出现的POCT分析设备包括可用于分子检测的仪器,如用于感染性疾病床旁诊断的PCR技术等。POCT的质量管理有助于其在临床应用中的质量提高。

The application of point-of-care testing（ POCT） has increased rapidly over years.There mainly are two types of POCT analytical equipments： handheld and desktop device that all can used for qualitative or quantitative measurements.New emerging equipments include those that can be used for molecular analysis such as PCR to provide infectious disease testing at the point of care.Quality control will improve quality of POCT clinical application.
