裸花紫珠内服外敷与雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效比较

Comparison of clinical efficacy of callicarpa nudiflora with ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcers

目的比较裸花紫珠片内服外敷与雷尼替丁外敷治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将164例口腔溃疡患者数字随机法分为两组各82例,裸花紫珠组予以裸花紫珠片口服一次4片,每日3次,并根据溃疡面积大小取适量裸花紫珠片粉末涂抹于患处,并轻轻按压,每日3次,至患处黏膜完全修复。雷尼替丁组予以雷尼替丁粉末,涂于患处,并稍加按压,每日3次,至溃疡黏膜完全修复。比较两组溃疡愈合时间、复发情况、白细胞总数及淋巴细胞比率。结果裸花紫珠治疗后溃疡愈合时间、总复发率低于雷尼替丁组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论裸花紫珠内服外敷治疗口腔溃疡,效果优于雷尼替丁。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of callicarpa nudiflora with ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcers.Methods One hundred and sixty-four patients with oral ulcers were divided into callicarpa nudiflora group and ranitidine group,84 in each group.Patients in the callicarpa nudiflora group orally took 4 callicarpa nudiflora pills once,3 times per day,and powder of this drug was coated to the ulcer area directly,3 times per day.In the ranitidine group,patient＇s ulcer areas was coated with powder of 150 mg ranitidine,3 times per day,until completely cured.The healing time,ulcer size,degree of pain and congestion of patients in each group were compared between the two groups.The recurrence rate of oral ulcer,number of WBCs and the rate of lymphocytes before and after treatment were also tested.Results The healing time and total recurrence rate in the callicarpa nudiflora group was faster and less than that in the ranitidine group（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Callicarpa nudiflora is better than ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcers.
