光学相干断层扫描技术在脉络膜视网膜病变中的应用新进展 被引量:5

New development of the applications of optical coherence tomography in chorioretinopathy

摘要 随着光学相干断层扫描技术(Optical coherence tomography,OCT)软件与硬件的不断创新与发展,可以清晰显示视网膜各个显微层次,脉络膜亚层结构,甚至可显示巩膜结构。通过对眼底结构连续多图成像再经过软件处理可实现3D成像,帮助眼科医生更直观更准确地诊断眼底疾病。本文将对近年OCT新技术设备的发展及其在脉络膜视网膜病变的应用研究进展进行综述。
