摘要 线粒体是真核细胞重要的细胞器,在细胞代谢中发挥主要作用。线粒体与疾病的发生、发展、治疗密切相关,线粒体靶向抗肿瘤药物分子的设计和研究已成为药学、化学和生命科学等领域的关注热点。分别简述了8类线粒体靶向抗肿瘤药物的作用机制和特征,介绍了2类新型多功能线粒体靶向抗肿瘤药物,并展望了抗肿瘤药物未来的发展方向。 Mitochondrion is an important organelle in eukaryotic cells and plays a central role in cellular metabolism.The mitochondria are closely related to the occurrence,development and treatment of diseases.Design and research on anti-tumour drug molecules targeting to mitochondrion have become a hotspot in pharmacy,chemistry and life sciences,etc..In this paper,interaction mechanism and characteristics of eight species of antitumour drugs targeting to mitochondrion are introduced.Two species of new multifunctional anti-tumour drugs targeting to mitochondrion are also introduced.And the directions for future development of anti-tumour drugs are prospected.
