摘要
以磷酸作为交联引发剂和质子源,用戊二醛(GA)交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)制备PVA-H_3PO_4凝胶聚合物电解质膜。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)对制备的凝胶聚合物电解质膜进行了表征,并采用交流阻抗法研究了凝胶聚合物电解质膜的导电性能,分析了磷酸含量对凝胶聚合物电解质膜质子电导率的影响。结果表明,加入磷酸后,PVA结构由晶态向非晶态转变。随着H_3PO_4含量的增加,凝胶聚合物电解质膜的质子电导率先增大后减小;当PVA与H_3PO_4的质量比为1:6时,在室温下其质子电导率可达0.093S·cm^(-1),并且具有良好的电化学稳定性。
Using H_3PO_4 as a cross-linking initiator and proton soure,PVA-H_3PO_4 gel polymer electrolyte membranes were prepared by cross-linking glutaraldehyde(GA)with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).The prepared gel polymer electrolyte membranes were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The conductivity of the gel polymer electrolyte membranes was investigated by an AC impedance method,and the effect of H_3PO_4 content on the proton conductivity of the gel polymer electrolyte membranes was also studied.Results showed that the structure of PVA transformed from crystalline state to amorphous state after addition of H_3PO_4.The proton conductivity of the gel polymer electrolyte membranes increased first and then decreased with the increase of H_3PO_4 content.When the mass ratio of PVA and H_3PO_4 was 1:6,the proton conductivity reached 0.093S·cm(-1) at room temperature.Meanwhile,it had good electrochemical stability.
