摘要
对生物处理工艺(A/O法)预处理后渗滤液分别投加两种微生物菌剂(MKAJ、BWF),强化处理COD、氨氮、总氮。进水渗滤液COD为1 403.4mg·L^(-1)、氨氮387.0mg·L^(-1)、总氮822.4mg·L^(-1)、pH值6.7,一个反应器中将MKAJ菌剂中的微生物酶厌氧制剂、好氧制剂和消氮制剂各1g连续7d放入水中进行曝气;另一反应器中将BWF菌剂中的P1CW菌剂3g、OBT裂解酶1g和B2T消化酶1g放入水中,3d后再投加上述3种药剂各1g,共曝气7d;每天各取样10mL过滤,取上清液测定COD、氨氮、总氮、pH值等。结果发现,MKAJ菌剂对COD、氨氮、总氮的去除率分别为28.4%、86.5%、39.6%;BWF菌剂对COD、氨氮、总氮的去除率分别为35.5%、89.5%、48.0%;BWF菌剂较MKAJ菌剂处理效果相对较好,并且适合于处理含氮有机物。
In order to remove COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen,two kinds of microbial agents(MKAJ and BWF)were separately added into two identical reactors to treat the outlet water of leachate with a biological treatment process(A/O).The concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen of the leachate were 1 403.4mg·L^(-1),387.0mg·L^(-1) and 822.4mg·L^(-1),respectively,and the pH value was 6.7.In one reactor,aerobic agents,anaerobic agents and nitrogen elimination agents of MKAJ microbial agent were added 1g,respectively,then the reactor was continuously aerated for 7 days.In an other reactor,P1CW bacterium agent 3g,OBT cracking enzyme 1g and B2 Tdigestive enzyme 1g of BWF microbial agent were added.Three days later,the above three kinds of agents were added again 1g,respectively,and the reactor was also continuously aerated for 7 days.10 mL Samples were taken,filtered,and then the supernatant was extracted to detect the concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen.The results showed that,the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen by MKAJ microbial agent were 28.4%,86.5%,39.6%,respectively,and these by BWF microbial agent were 35.5%,89.5%,48.0%,respectively.BWF Microbial agent had better treatment efficiency than MKAJ microbial agent and be more suitable for the treatment of nitrogenous organisms.
