摘要
针对剪切过程中前后基准张力的设定问题,综合考虑到钢种(强度)以及前后张力的匹配对剪切质量的影响,在首次引入张力衰减指数、钢种影响系数、前后张力差加权系数等参数的基础上,提出了一套新的同时适合于主动及被动圆盘剪的前后张力设定方法。通过理论模型与现场试验相配合,给出特定钢种在剪切过程中的最佳张力设定值,可以实现在线设定。
Aiming at the problems of the reference tension setting before and after the shearing process,considering the influences of steel(strength) and the tension matching before and after disc shear on the shearing quality,on the basis of the first introduction of the parameters including tension decay index,influence coefficient of steel,before and after the tension difference weighted coefficient,etc,this paper put forward a set of new method setting the tension before and after disc shear for both active and passive disc shear.Combining the theoretical model and field test,the paper gave the optimal tension set value for given steel in the shearing process,which could be set online.
