汽车离合器踏板构件的有限元分析与优化 被引量:6

摘要 为验证某款新开发的离合器踏板的可靠性,建立了离合器踏板构件的有限元模型,按照法规对踏板构件的性能参数要求,利用HyperMesh软件对其进行侧向位移、刚度和强度的仿真计算。仿真结果表明踏板的刚度值不能满足法规要求,最大应力超过了材料的屈服强度。提出了材料改进和结构优化方案,并对改进后材料和结构优化后的离合器踏板进行仿真验证,结果表明其满足了法规和实际工况的需求。 In order to verify the reliability of a newly developed clutch pedal,the finite element model of the pedal is established,and the simulation calculation of the lateral displacement,stiffness and strength of the pedal is carried out by HyperMesh software according to the performance parameter requirements of the regulations.The simulation results show that the stiffness of the pedal can not meet the requirement of national standard,the maximum stress exceeds the yield strength of the material.Then the material improvement and structural optimization scheme is put forward,and the optimized structure is verified by simulation.The results show the optimized pedal can meet the requirements of the regulations and actual conditions ultimately.
