摘要
以自行式升降机作参考,建立仓储管理电动车车身的有限元模型。针对电动车在升降及行驶过程中出现的振动变形问题,利用有限元法对电动车车身进行了模态分析。由分析结果可知:不同工况下,车身发生共振的频率为4Hz,由于该电动车作业路面情况良好,产生的激振力均在4Hz以下,由此可得出该电动车在正常作业情况下不会发生共振,保证了电动车运行过程中的安全性和稳定性。
Taking the self-propelled elevator as a reference,we build the finite element model of a storage management car body.To the problem of body deformation of the electric car in operation,we do the modal analysis of electric vehical body by ANSYS software.Through the analysis,we find the electric car body will occur resonance when the frequency reaches 4Hz.The condition of the road is well,so the frequency of exciting force from the road is less than 4Hz.Therefore,this electric car will not occur resonance in normal running condition.
