摘要
针对DK-20发动机连杆螺栓的受力情况进行了详细的非线性分析;综合螺栓的设计标准和要求,总结出螺栓的4个评价标准。通过对连杆螺栓的理论计算和弹塑性分析,证明了DK-20连杆螺栓的设计满足4个评价标准,最后对连杆螺栓的试验结果与仿真结果进行了比较分析。
In this paper,the detailed nonlinear analysis of conrod-bolt of DK-20 engine was carried on.According to the design standard and requirement of bolt,the four evaluation criteria of bolt were summed up.It was proved that the design of the connecting rod bolt could meet the four evaluation criteria by the calculation of the connection rod bolt and elastoplastic analysis.At last the simulation result was compared with the test results of connecting rod bolts.
